Amul, the ONLY VEGETARIAN CHEESE. All other cheese have microbial enzyme taken out from liver of young CALF by killing it of course. Whereas Amul cheese uses microbial enzyme from vegetarian source for making cheese. To all Indian vegetarians living in the West, there is NO such thing as veggie pizza if it is not made with Amul cheese.

@dbca999 dude, its not the killing that makes anything vegetarian or not. It is whether you consume meat or not make it vegetarian. Now, if you think consuming microbes make you non-veg eater, then truly, on this entire planet there isn't a single soul. I don't want to lead this into a faith based discussion, so will cut short, non-veg is not denounced, but vegetarianism is recommended. Bottom line, try to eat anything that is natural. That's encouraged.

it is much better than crap yogurts in america mixed with cow or pig gelatin which is watery and flavored with fruit.

amul shrikand is very thick. i like all three, mango, cardamom and kesar ( saffron in hindi).

tell me about it. in india it costsless than $1. here i have to shell out more than $5. i can eat an entire meal outside with that much money.

but you have to try it ONCE AT LEAST.

i suggest mango.
