@dear sir, do u know how can i make this P&B mix. i already got the Bentonite powder but do i have to do something else before i mix them to drink? BTW some says to use only plastic or wooden spoon to mix bentonite clay..not metal. Do u take a salt enema & probiotics as well . metta kindness to u
