It is not possible to hear Orihime sound. Orihime sings quite silently.

Ichigo and Rukia sound very good, i love it. It is possible to feel that she fought for her although Rukia was able to sing out that high pitch hardly.

Renji sang already better, but was not bad, only strange. It is not possible to hear Chad sound likewise, but maybe, how was not so much indispensable for the director.

Maybe because the actual voice actors are a little busy with, you know, voicing the characters. Playing a role on stage is a full-time commitment. The Bleach seiyuus have their own jobs to deal with.

Not to mention most of the voice actors look too old for their counterparts. These actors might not all be actual teenagers but they are fairly youthful-looking.
