As someone more into modern rock and metal I think this is fantastic. I absolutly love the original but I think they've done a great job with this. Too many people think covers should be as identical to the original as possible...i disagree. A cover should have the bands own sound, feel and identity to it and still sound great....thats what makes a good cover song.

Interesting modernized version. Grohl hits high notes nicely. Remnicent of "Another brick in the wall" by Class of 99 which had Layne Staley on vocals and Tom Morello playing guitar. Just a new take on a classic is all. pretty cool though.
