Everything sounds peachy at Caterpillar.....unless you happen to work for them, because why would you expect to a decent living for putting in a full day, everyday. After taking millions of dollars in government incentives to create good jobs, they don't! They exploit their workforce, turn the wage clock back 20 years and/or moving jobs overseas so unskilled labour earn $2/ hour. Mr. Oberhelman you sir are out of touch with the real world.
