Palkia, in a way, is better because it's signature move, Spacial Rend, doesn't require Palkia to recharge on the next turn. Dialga's Roar of Time does. Plus Palkia is a Water-Dragon type and I LOVE water types except magikarp.

Spacial rend is better, because of the high critical hit ratio and the no recharging effect that roar of Time has. Dialga has a weakness to fighting and ground, while palkia only dragon. So in a battle they have an even chance of winning because both palkia and dialga can both learn aura sphere and earth power which both beat dialga. But one roar of time would k.o. Palkia. The upside is that palkia gets the first hit. They're both good.

Dialga will destroy Palkia because if Palkia uses Special Rend it isn't super effective on dialga cause dialga is part steel type. On the other end, if dialga uses Roar of Time and it hits, Palkia goes down.

The best thing I like about Palkia is it's Spacial Rend's animation in the movies and games. I also liked the effect and damage of the move. I also like it when it flies; it really looks like a dragon not unlike Dialga who looks like rooster when firing it's Roar of Time.
