If you've read the latest book, you'll know that Hollyleaf is not dead. She's been living in the tunnels, and she helps Blossomfall and Ivypool get out of the tunnels. :3
I never really payed much attention to Hollyleaf but I didn't hate her and now when I take time to think about it I've grown to like her! What she did broke the Warrior Code but she did it with good intentions NOT hate. Her downward spiral as the story progressed was very realistic to how someone might act in a situation like her's! Before anyone criticizes her take a minute to think about how you would deal with the stress, hurt, and overall affect something like this would have on you mentally
Why does everyone hate Hollyleaf so much? I thought she was an awesome character and it was especially cool to finally have a main female character whose POV you could experience. She was different from any character before her and even if she was obsessed with the warrior code and then went nuts she's still awesome. In my opinion in least. In all honesty, I think Ashfur deserved his end, he was ready to ruin lives just to get back at Squirrelflight. He almost killed the three after all.
And Firestar. He was willing to let innocent cats suffer and die because of his own selfish want for revenge. Ahem, anyway, enough of my ranting! For the most part I actually do like Ashfur, even if it doesn't sound like it. Anyway, amazing video. Thanks for making such a lovely Hollyleaf tribute. :D Sorry for the to long comment. 0.o
Hollyleaf just went INSANE, for no reason. Her character leading up to the events showed no insanity, except for sticking to the warrior code but other than that, no insanity.
I kind of liked Holly, kind of not, it was kind of a mix lol, but now she is just plain insane e.e;; xD But I can kind of understand why, considering all of her family betrayed her...kind of...her whole life was a web of lies, so its kind of understandable that she was hurt and such XD

shes not my fav character but i do find her to be much cooler now, her being a villian was a welcome change from Tigerstar being the villian kind of like the destruction of the forest only... shes a cat
I liked her by the end of the book. She had a warped sense of the warrior code, and I thought it was kind of cool. It would make her an awesome villan. Also, she is the frist girl villan in the history of those books.
I hope that she's still alive because I hate(like others) when Erin hunter kills off cats as a final climax. And she could come back and wreck some havoc on everyone who disobyed the warrior code. It'd be fun.

I really hated Hollyleaf by the end of Sunrise, but this has made me rethink my views on her - I might have to reread Sunrise while looking at her in a more symphetic light.
