This isn't a meltdown. In fact, I wish more coaches were like this! Many teams lack passion and apparently passion is what people like Kyle Orton needs. Lovie Smith came from the same mold as Tony Dungy, so you'd never see him like this, but right now the Bears organization needs a fire under their asses just like McDaniels is doing in Denver.
