i use the cage on a house and just when its falling take away the house and BAM! all people in there are trapped, exept the ones in the trapdoor

Antagonist makes it a bit easier. Knights can't hurt you with the power gauntlet. After they swing and turn red, hit the [2] key changing to anvil and drop an anvil on the lot of them. Anvils also give double alignment points. I know cages give triple but they can't be moved once they hit the ground; anvils can.
