you can return everything if you have a receipt and it's within return time limit. I know somebody who works at Office Depot. Now if you are talking about the USA that might be different.

Maybe CEOs should be forced to take a simple basic business knowledge test, such as, "If you piss off your customers on a regular basis you will sell (more/less) of your product in the future?"
