  • These lessons are really helping me out!!!

    안경하세요 josvani 입니니 ^_^

  • I love these lessons. They got easier after I learned hangul.

  • for those having trouble with the writing: learn the alphabet on some other website or video first. it makes this incredibly easier.

  • i think japanese is easier! mmm... hard to figure out how to say spider!!! ejejeje

  • right after i got the difference between japanese, chinese and korean i've thought that korean must be most easiest one, but not long ago someone told me that her friend, who is learning it, thinks it's most difficult language to learn on earth. i'm so going to learn korean and show them the opposite, haha

  • I still don't understand what they're names are, oh well I understood everything else. I should probably focus on learning how to say I don't understand in Korean because I'll probably need to say that a lot lol. ^_^'

  • the only thing that is difficult to me is writting korean how the hell am i supposed to remember how to write annyeonghaseyo ???

  • how many "I" is there in korean? i've heard a whole lot

  • I'm getting hang of it. ^^ Knowing manderin really helps alot. But my handwriting is still pretty bad. :P

  • I heard that if you know Chinese, it's easier to learn Korean. Is this true? If so, that's good because I understand and can speak both manderin and cantonese.

  • Lol no, everybody can learn the English American accent and the acting is just .. Ehh well there are certain etiquettes on how to act in front of the Tv as a host.

  • have you noticed that miss ahn speaks and acts like an cnn news reporter? do you think that's how she learned english, from watching the news?

  • Hehe Thanks for uploading!

  • Could you explain the terms that were used near the end of the video?

    Thanks ;D

  • I always have a problem with ㅓand ㅗ. I don't know what should i use when somebody tell me a word and i need to write it.

    Sorry for my english

  • @KpopSarang0 You just have to memorize them.

  • im really interested in learning the korean language, may i know where the other videos are so that i can continue learning it?? thank you.. :))

  • The approach is very good. May I know where I could find lesson 3? Thank you.

  • yea the speaking is way more easier than the writing but im kind of getting the hang of it now

  • Actually, writing is easier than in most languages. The Korean alphabet, the Hangul, is built from simple letters. Accent is a bit more difficult. However, The fact is that for someone who come from a language that is not related to Engish or Korean, Korean is much faster to learn. in English you can't even read until you know how to read thousands of words. English is almost as bad as Chinese, but most people don't realize it because they have been studying English most of their life.

  • oohhhh

  • @Ron064 i've tried telling people that! english is a very hard language but people don't realize it. so many words have to be learnt not to mention the pronounciation when you switch letters. there's dfferent sounds to the same letter! i was so happy because i learnt how to write korean so fast! i haven't finished but it's quite easy!

    thanks for this!

  • @Ron064, English is as hard to learn as Chinese? Come on now...that's not true. Chinese is far more difficult because it relies entirely on recognising characters, rather than any form of spelling system as with English or Korean.

I don't see how reading English is any more difficult than reading Hangul. Please explain?

  • @Allawahguy reading english is much harder than korean. b/c some of the pronunciations can be different regardless of spelling (b/c english is influenced from so many other languages) like cat + came - (a can sound AH or AY)

but in korean what you write is what you write. except for some reading rules the pronunciation for each of the letters are fixed

  • @tokee1234567 in the example you used (cat vs came), that in itself is also a reading rule. i.e the word ends in "e" and therefore the "a" takes on a different sound. Hardly a difficult rule.

  • @Allawahguy yes but when you actually read a couple of vocabs, so many people have different interpretations of how to say that word. it happens in schools and even in jobs all the time. I just couldn't think of any good examples at the top of my head, but sometimes in my school we always have some sort of pronunciation debates (and I go to an american school)

  • @tokee1234567 the fact that there are different interpretations to read a particular word doesn't necessarily make it more difficult to read. It's a bit like how Australians and Americans have different pronunciations for the word "tomato". Big deal? Everyone still knows what a tomato is. And it's just a different interpretation- doesnt make it any more difficult to read.

  • @Allawahguy well that kind of thing makes english really difficult to read for many second-language speakers. accepted.. should they read that Ahcepted or uhcepted? a lot of koreans I've seen always had problems with those type of things, and subtle things like that does make ppl feel frustrated in learning english sometimes. and it is a big deal, especially if you don't want to get embarrssed in front of the whole school by saying Tohmato and you're not even british and you're asian

  • @Allawahguy just saying. certain things can make it a bit hard to read and can make conversations flow awkward sometimes. i probably said too much but english is also my second language so I have a different perspective about english than native english speakers do

  • @Ron064 actually, you don't know other language for say that. French is a lot more difficult than English. But i approve that Korean is easy. It's the easier asian language than I ('m tring to) learn.

  • @Ron064 I am a Filipino....aside from English I have studied 4 languages (Italian,Spanish,French,Latin) already...at first I thought its hard to study Korean language... but it is so easy when i learned it.... this is the easiest language I have learned so far... I love Korea so much that's why i study it because I want to go in Korea...

  • this is really helpful!!!!!

  • ii know how 2 pronounce the words but the alphabet && writing is hard.

  • call me = spider

i promise you it will be SO much easier to learn korean

    and pronounce the words

and learn the correct spelling if you do.

cuz a lot of you are spelling it wrong

so that equals to you pronouncing it wrong :D
