It is definately Fuson (Announcer even said Fuson909 at the end) - Must say it's great to see he has returned to SF4 - Apparantly he had to take a break or something due to work. If thats true then he doesn't seem to rusty - Here's hoping we see more from that nasty aggressive Guile :)

The ultra wouldnt have killed boxer. Its prorates to much and you dont get all hits vs boxer.

it doesn't matter if its 50% or 30% damage is damage, it was better to use it and take him down and match the match closer, then to store it, mis the shot and the opponent play on his life lead and never get that shot again.

Remember Ultra's do not carry over to the next round, only super meter

Like qwasdninja said, you don't get all of the juggle hits vs. boxer. He'd fall through and likely get back up before Chun recovered from her Ult.
