Ok, I get it, button mashing works.

I can't even figure out how to do a basic jump. Can someone explain the jump controls?

I played this last month at Starmax in Gaffney, SC. The buttons on that machine didn't work on the control panel, probably because of all those black gangsters trying to mess up the machine. So I just selected Takuto and the Beginner Course for that matter. This is my favorite course in the game.

how did you get the sound to work lucisac? Because I tried this on v0.9 of the M2 Emulator but no sound for me.

how do you do the move at 0:29 and the sideroll?

Backwards turn is done by cycling A+S, the sideroll is very difficult and must be timed right, it is performed by turning the opposite direction you are leant to and simultaneously pressing the pitch S if moving to the right from left, or A if moving to the left from right.
