  • sounds like singin to me clead hehehe

  • What kind of scanner do you have?

  • Beauty, but what's with the guys grunting at the first??

  • G's

  • Nice as video dude. And Great Scanners Too

  • 4:02 are i'n the only one there rember the crash og thunderbird 7

  • What's with the lead singing everything he's doing during th eloops and what not. Do they always do that?

  • yeah trhey always do that. It just htem getting comfortable with everything

  • The "singing" is actually him just using vocal timing so that the others know whats coming next and when to begin the next manuver. He's not actually "singing", he's just using vocal timing. Its kinda hars to explain.

  • Awesome! Thanks for posting this vid... Ican't wait to see them at the end of August in Oregon.

I must say, it's weird seeing that jet-black (get it?) exhaust nozzle! I'm used to the shiny chrome! :)

  • i am seeing them in Oregon too. so far every performance i have seen them do via airshowfansh the slot pilot is flying the D version. i wonder why.

  • I was there!!!!

  • WOW! Love the changes!

    Thanks for posting........

  • I like the way that diamond pilots set up for the Arrowhead loop.

  • Great video.I never realised the commands would sound so amusing;but it makes sense.

  • Hey great vid, do you have an entire uncut version, if you do I would love it because I'm trying to piece together the maneuver list for 2009 since things got change...

  • I know how you feel. Now I have to completely memorize the new show performace before the 2009 Vectren-Dayton Air Show.

  • Nothing much really changed

  • Ok cool. Not to be mean, but, you would think that with the F-16C block 52 they would have changed the show alot more.

  • it's still a shitton better than the shit they did before.

  • I don't of this one. But Im shooting them again on Tues. and it will be a full uncut verision.

  • That solo was about to stall. Made me think of what they could do with the F-22 instead of F-16. That would be so cool. And thanks for the comm.

  • No he wasn't. ;)

  • What Freq did you catch the diamond on? I would like to record the Creech Show next week :D :D

  • Amazing!!!

  • they are hilarious

but they do it for timing right?

    like th long puuuuuuullllllsssss?

    man but the smoke part

    hilarious and the mic check

1 yeh , 2 yeh 3 arghhh man its good

    once again great vid

    an not shaky at alll

  • marines all the way man

planning to become one when i grad from college

i'm actually from canada but my moms american and she got me an american passport and citizenship

proud to be american and canadian

    marines OORAH

  • LIER our not in the airforce have no videos of you.

  • I think they do do that for timing.

  • And because they are under ALOT of G's. Thats why the "puuuuuuullllllsssss" are so long.

  • Actually why the do that is the wingmen listen to the tone of Boss' voice and with that can tell if it's a small pull or a bigger pull. Nothing to do with G's being pulled or timing.

  • Also since the commands are long and drawn out it helps with the application of stick pressure. If boss is calm with "Back in with the pull" it's a gentle increase, but if he comes with "Baaaaaaaaaaaaacccccccck iiiiiiiin wiiiiiiiiiith theeeeee pull!" then as he's saying it slow you gradually apply pull until he says pull set. So how fast or slow he says a command defines how fast or slow the inputs are made.

  • That also makes sense. Either way, I just can't wait to see them at Dayton and Cleveland this year.

  • thunderbirds pull no more than 4 gs

  • the diamond pulls no more than 4gs, solos can get up to 9

  • It's loud and clear, you've done a good job again, great pilots those men of the Thunderbirds.

  • What version of the F-16 are they flying now?

  • F-16C block 52. More thrust than last year and allows the new diamond loop on takeoff.

  • Nice. I thought that it look alot like the Blue Angel's shows. That really does make sense.

  • i wish i was there dammit

  • Hi, firstly your videos are always awesome and this one is no exception. Secondly a wee question, i take it the acceptance show is just for the new pilots that have been selected to fly in the thunderbirds for the coming show season? Thanks and keep up the good work buddy

  • Acceptance show is to allow the ACC Commander a chance to preview the show and sign off on it.

  • thanks
