Ed Mann Interview-Ed Mann and ESO play Zappa in Edmonton

Ed Mann is the reason Zappa's last tour self destructed. He had a hard-on for Scott Thunes and got everyone in the band to refuse to go on stage as long as Thunes was in the band. Frank had no choice but to cancel the rest of the tour. Ed mann may be a talented musician but he's a petty little snoid for what he did. And now he's living off his association with Frank as though nothing happened. What a fucking asshole.

Ed's parents were the owners of the summer camp in the Berkshires that I went to as a kid and then ended up being a counselor @ during the 80's. The summer of '89, Ed was @ the camp for a few weeks and I was lucky enough to be able to talk with him and have him teach me how to play the xylophone while he was there. He really is a talented musician and I am thankful that I was able to hang with him in my off time @ the camp.

Not only is this guy a legend, he's also an alumnus of MMRHS! He and Kenny Aronoff...Go, Spartans! So proud of the talent that came out of our school.
