I feel Forte's inner passion. He's correct, we MUST demand more from our people and so-called friends. It's time to stop simply smoking woola-blunts and acting like it's cool to be ignorant. Back to Mr. Forte, he's been through allot, and I'm glad he survived it. Remember, we all look at the mansions and the big body benz' and wish we had it. He took a chance - and paid for it. I have been a fan of Forte' since The Score came out. I just saw him last week at Martyrs Live in Chicago. It was a good show. I think someone below me commented that they like his speeches more than his music....lol As a musician, I can understand that. I like his music more when there is the accompaniment - but he said he doesn't consider himself much of a guitarist. The way the music is presented in the studio versions is more listenable because there is more texture.

good song, talented guy, but... i don't agree with some of his assessment that there is a "zeitgeist" or an "awakening." That may be true to the converted he is preaching to, but i think people in general are becoming more and more sheep-like, un-thinking and un-critical of the world around them. just my two cents
