IIm suing Wachovia ,cancelled the loan with the 3-day Cancellation, they ignored. My Trial date is 10/18/11 The only lawyer I found in 6 yrs. after PAID, QUIT freind & I physically did all wk. I paid not bank. Purchased $235K 9 months ,4,000 sf Custom $796K World Savings light $500K.
