After doing this sequence, during shavasana, my stomach muscles on one side started randomly spasming... is this normal after doing the abdomen exercises and twists?
In other news, I'm so thankful I discovered Yogayak. I'm a college student and can't afford going to classes and these full-length videos make it possible for me to learn and practice. One day I want to be a yoga teacher but I have much to learn! Love it... नमस्ते :)
now third or fourth time i've done this practice and I LOVE IT! dagmar is so restful and such a good teacher, with a nice varied practice. only thing i don't like is that it is over too fast! would like to see longer videos from dagmar, maybe an hour or more? enjoy costa rica!

This was a great sequence! I recently moved and have not yet found a yoga studio to join, and this is exactly what I needed. Her voice is very peaceful and the savasana was a lot longer than in most videos--very relaxing. Highly recommended!

@neversummer1988 You really gotta keep breathing in deeply. With Yoga like this where you're exerting a lot of energy, you brain can get starved of oxygen because when we feel a stretch or difficult position, we tend to breathe shallowly. That's part of the exercise is making your LUNGS stronger. Also you can try coming up slower. That's what I have to do. Everyone's different. Hope that helps and I hope you keep it up!! <3 Namaste.

I found this video by chance...but no accident! It was wonderful. I love the voice level/intonation and lovely, gentle cues. I have taken many, many classes at studios, and I have to say, this video goes on my list of best instructors/classes ever. Thank you so much. I will be doing this one again and again.

About at 10-25 minutes I felt a pissed off and anxiousness. The exercises release a lot of buried anger and emotions. But I just said to myself that negative emotions are not allowed, and moved through them.
