  • this is really helpful ive been pulling and hitting the ball pretty fat for about a month now (im in the middle of changing my swing) and its pretty hard for me to think exactly how to change that during my swing, i think this is really gonna help out

  • One thing that I must add here is something he failed to talk about. At address you need to feel about 70% of your weight is on your left leg/foot. Now, as you swing back some of your weight may ease up a bit on the left side but as you swing back to the ball that feeling of pressure to the left side should be there...

  • That is what was missing when being told how to shift my body, thank you so much.

  • Good video Mel. Getting my weight shift correct has been a big problem for me. This is a great exercise. Thanks!

  • Thanks for your comment. I'll keep an eye on that.

  • May I add a comment to the shaft in the ground tip? It is key to keep the right knee bend pretty much unchanged when moving to the left side. If the right knee bend increases, you risk lowering your entire body (dipping down) and hitting heavy. This is my own swing fault and I only discovered it recently via video analysis. Thx for all your vids....very good stuff

  • I agree with you - thanks for pointing that out!

  • I've watched most of your videos and they are a excellent learning tool. Appreciate the detail. Thanks!

  • Thanks for the kind comment - glad you enjoyed them. Spread the word!
