@hamea73 connect the fans in serial and connect them to red and black wire from usb cable

make sure to put them in parallel or else ( assuming they're the same fans ) will drop 2.5v each and run at half available voltage, which means less power. check power ratings.

cant get it to work. Found broken optical mouse, amd cpu fan. Step one. Cut off usb cable. Right? Inside the cable I found 5 wires - red, blue (fat ones) and 3 thin wires (green, redwith white stripes and almost white wire with few red stripes). Step 2. Connect wires. Doh! I tryed every single way to connect them. Wheres tthe problem? Crappy usb cable? Lame fan?
