@InternetLad The reason you most likely didn't hear this music is because the computer didn't have sound drivers installed. Most of the time we have to install the drivers after installing Windows, but OEM copies with the computer's drivers already included in the installation would have sound working. This song starts when you set up networks, users, etc., yes.

@YawnGod yeah, I realized while thinking of it the other day that most of the pcs i do reformats on are desktops that don't have speakers plugged in, and/or the sound driver thing on laptops.

I DID hear it exactly one time. while working on a laptop, I did a little chair dance. Too bad, it's a good song.

its not the windows XP startup sound, it the windows XP initial startup music, which you only hear the very first time you turn on a brand new windows XP. Any non-retarded XP owner would know that this isn't the startup sound that you hear when you start up your XP normaly. And even if it was, you would just be able to find it in the media file in WINDOWS. So before you make dumb comments on my videos maybe listen to the audio or read the full description.
