yea the sun laboratories company sells them for $15 but you have to directly contact them. However, I didn't keep the product because it was way to harsh =p I sucked it up and just bought the clarisonic on QVC's 3 split payments

It can, but I wouldn't recommend using the same brush for face and body. The clarisonic plus and pro models have a seperate body brush a separate motor built in specifically for microdermabrasion on your body. It really helped my chicken skin.

Alas, I returned my clarisonic too because it wasn't really doing anything for my face's appearance although my skin became softer. And in order to get rid of the chicken skin I had to use the clarisonic everyday =p I guess I'll just stick to my loofah

I purchased this and got it around 2 weeks ago and just LOVE it. It was $29.00 so saved $15.00 which is a bonus in itself. But so far so good. I've basically just used it on my face and notice that it does an excellent job cleaning.

It's battery operated ~ if you had to plug it in then no you wouldn't want to/couldn't used it in the shower :) You'd be fine using this in the shower.

Hello! I actually ended up getting one of these, I've tried lots of the products you review positively but this is my favorite. I've been using it for a few days (once in the morning, once in the evening) to cleanse my face. Let me tell you, I have not a single blemish, no dry skin, no pimples...nothing! My face hasn't been this smooth since I was a kid, lol.

So if anyone is wondering about this product, it WORKS and your skin will be smooth and clear as silk.

I use Cetaphil facial cleanser, my dermatologist recommended it for acne. It doesn't have any oil or fragrance in it so it's really gentle on sensitive skin. I've tried pretty much every other drugstore brand, and this seems to work the best. I follow up with CeraVe moisturizer, it's a controlled-release formula and it won't make your face all greasy.

It's not for tanning.  It says it includes a body polisher and self tan remover which exfoliates your skin and removing self tanner if you are wearing any.

If you don't want to keep buying batteries for that you might want to try Energizer's AA+ rechargable batteries(It ends up being about $40 with the charger but its worth it) if you want to check that out ^^ Just a little tip.
