  • @xdemonslay3rx not when you do it right... it is the best exercise for building mass for the entire back.

  • all good lifts and good form, but i would suggest that unless you are just wanting to incorporate as much core as possible (which doesnt seem to be the case since you are using a belt) stagger your feet on your shoulder presses to give yourself a more stable base... when i did, my workout weight increased instantly... it helps eliminate that core sway, and i would wager that you would be able to squeeze out another rep with that weight. that is all i could come up with.

  • First of all, I like your videos. However you asked for criticism. All I have is tell Matteo to SHUT THE FUCK UP !!!!!!!! Every time you pick up a weight, "COME ON!!! PUSH IT!!! LET'S GO!!! ALL YOU!!! YOU GOT THIS!!!!"............that's what 15 year olds do.

  • Great form overall, only thing i noticed was that little pinch of a bend you get in your back when doing deadlifts.

    Maybe on the Deadlift when you start your hips should be higher, so when you start the back is parallel to the floor.

  • I thought all your lifts were good. If anything i'd say watch your ass when benching because it seems like it might go up. But other then that excellent form and terrific lifts.
