I got banned from vlogger heads, just for leaving a comment, and it was not an awful comment, just my opinion.

My Opinion is:

The VLOGGERHEADS website will be a comercial failure because it's "ORIGINS / INITIAL MOTIVATION FOR EXISTENCE" is simply based on "IMMATURE SPITE"

Rennetto "CLAIMS" that it's not just himself that created the site, but I have seen ZERO proof that Mr. Robinette is "NOT" the "PRIMARY INFLUENCE" in the vloggerheads website.

He created it because he's "UPSET / DISGRUNTLED" and no matter what he says, he wants people to "LEAVE" You-Tube and Go THERE. He's a real MANIPULATOR.

I think Renetto is underestimating the "man hours" necessary to create a site with less drama, though. One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. As Bush said: "If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier . . . just so long as I'm the dictator."

I guess all he's promising is that he would do a better job than the YouTube managers. Easier said than done.

What most dont understand isnt that YouTube doesnt want to do anything.. they dont have the staff to do it.. if it was automated like the flagging system or similar to the way DMCA works.. people would be mad because it would have flaws in it.. if it was a real person doing it.. investing time to handle all the issues this site wouldnt be free LOL

Maybe we should be open-minded and have two YouTubes: one for people who actually want more drama and one for people who want less.

The former could be a place where adults sit around insulting each other all day for no reason and the latter, the drama-free site, could be for creative expression, originality, and shocking frankness.

But they must know that the blocking page triggers all kinds of primitive emotions. They should rewrite it and make it much more inviting, unless they are trying to generate controversy in order to get attention.

I TOO have friends there and wish I might be part of it. BUT your comments about feeling left out, well that to me is a personal issue. I've been left out of a lot in my life. Is it right that they should? Well why not? NOTHING NEW. I think it's just a work in progress that they need to figure out both from the standpoint of what they want to do with it AND who they want to be a part of it. WHY invite someone who DOESN'T vlog? And again, the only exclusivity of that site is in MY head if I let it be that. If I'm NOT a part, I'll still do my thing where I can and still feel fine about what I think as you should and do. It will be interesting to watch it unfold though.

Yes its a private site and thats fine, I wouldnt be arguing that part if it wasnt for the advertising of it all over the place and the exclusivity of it. I understand they dont want the haters and harassers over there, but since its for vloggers only it leaves out..

I suppose that will come in time but feeling left out even though yes that would be personal to me, it also affected a ton of people that enjoy and watch the people taking part in the VH website.. I'm glad you pointed out the flaws in the system. People in general don't like being shut out, and not everyone is going to wait in line for something that may or may not even work in the first place. Plus, if you can't view content without an exclusive membership, having videos there in the first place is pointless. You could just as easily set up a private Stickam chat. And as for maintaining the site with things like hardware and security, forget ad revenue or marketing to pay for it.
