I can remember almost all my dreams without this technique..... I do it while I am dreaming... part of me starts storing info in this other place. It is sooo cool I am getting stronger with it. I have some crazy dreams! The one where the pope is the Antichrist...... twice had one with him being evil. Yes they are right. : ) you do get answers from your dreams soo freaking cool : ) . 5 stars

Just use a tape recorder,keep it simple. why would anybody want to remember dreams.there is know message hokie pokie stuff there.LOL dont be so foolish.next time someone will come up with the idea that eating your own caca can do wonders.take singing lessons same concept
