  • the reason there is so much white smoke is because the wood is wet.

  • I love my Oklahoma Joe, but your smoker isn't sealed very well and that is ALOT of smoke. I hope there's no meat in there. Talk about creosote overload! It's supposed to be a light smoke, almost hard to see, not a billow!

  • isnt that smoke a bit too white? I cant seem to get a thin, blue smoke either, but i've never gotten smoke that thick and pillowy
