Believe it or not, I have the MP3 of that cylinder. A rousing instrumental version of it, played on a Wurlitzer 165 Band Organ, is on Carousel Breezes Vol 1 CD.
I even had a cylinder recorder AND eraser at one time, a retired Dictaphone. I'm not quite the age of your Amberola though.
