  • @taylorgang1223 no, it's not. It's actually harder to dumbbell press because there is more stabilizing involved.

  • @billyblackburn87 had the same problem. Just take a piece of wood and put diagonical to your bed and floor. Else you can just make pushups with your feet on a chair or a bed. Has the same effect.

    50-75 reps for 10-15 sets for each exercise is the norm

    I do a warm up set of ~12 reps, (this warm up set is supposed to be easy)

    then follow I with

    10, 8 ,6, 8 (these sets I try to burn out by the 2nd to last, to last rep)

    and I increase/decrease the weight to fit these amount of reps.

  • The angle is too steep. Use 30 degees also whilst doing the incline dumbell press brine weight lower to chest.

    And try bigger weights. what were those 10 kg?

  • well u dont really need a bence,i much prefer to do them on the ground,because it gives u protection and range limits and it wont injure u.

  • No, you shouldn't. Pullover works the lower part of your chest, anything done on the incline bench will put more emphasis on the upper part of your chest. What you should do, is add incline bench press to your workout

  • correct me if im wrong but, it depends, if you want more mass, add heavier weights and low reps, around 10-12, but if you are looking for definition id say go with endurance style training, lower weight, higher reps, so you dont have to use heavy weights for chest, its whatever works out for you

  • not a problem, a rule of thumb ive followed is if the food has more then 30% of its calories from fat, I dont eat it. Try that.

  • to lose "man boobs" you need to lower your bodyfat. This exercise will build muscle, but you wont ever see it until your bodyfat is gone.

  • decline.....but if u have "man boobs" dont do lower chest workouts. Try just doing upper chest and upper back workouts.

    Upper chest to pull up on ur "man boobs" and upper back to tighten the skin which will pull back on ur "man boobs".

    Oh and eating less saturated fat helps too, :)
