Baldwin is as amazing and scary as Welles in the original show. Mixing the mystery of the show, and the kick-ass action of the pulps was a great idea, and I hope Mr Raimi does it in his new one!
Well, i dont think its exactly a re-shooting, probably something based on one of the pulp magzines. I think it will be out in 2011 or 2012, depending how fast they get it into production. Unfortunately, i think it is supposed to be R rated, but dont forget, the one 1994 was, and that would be considered relatively tame by today's standards. Finally, yeah i have to wonder about that too, Baldwin is too old to play the part again.

Query: So they're re-shooting the film? Have you heard when it's projected to be out in theaters?
Statement: I just hope they don't get stupid with it and load it with foul language, gore, nudity, and make it rated R. I hate it when movies have that crap in it.

One of my fafourite movies - i have the pinballmachine too. I´m sad that this movie is only in english on dvd available and not in german...

I think the reason that this movie has poor budget is it's 1994 not today the people the age maybe need only Fancy hero not the dark one.

Extremely underrated movie. One of my favs.

@rebuiltHK47 They have done a re-release, a few years ago. And they are doing another one, Sam Raimi is directing. I hope he does a good job.
