Explain Allbulls lie that solar cannot provide baseload energy. He told this lie, in concert with John Howard, to try and boondoggle the Australian electorate into thinking that Nuclear Power is the only way. That is serious poilitcal baggage considering he wants to lead the country and his fellow Libs have called for Oz to become a "solar continent". Then there is the fact that he distanced himself, along with many others, from Nuclear Power at the November 24, 2007 election....!!!

Solar, Wind, and Thermal energies are the way of the future - other countries recognise this, and are investing heavily in these areas. Australia recently lost solar innovators to the USA, because the Howard government wouldn't provide them with any support?! This is madness, it is bad economic management - this approach has to stop if we are to prosper in the future!

I found this video interesting and thought-provoking. Turnbull is trying to flog a dead horse. Australia is a nation that prides itself on its competitiveness - on the sporting field - but we need to have the same degree of loyalty, passion, and competetiveness for our Economy as well. We need to lead, not follow - we must invest in our own industry talent, as we do with sporting talent, or we will fall to the bottom of the heap, and become Economic wooden-spooners!
