The one thing they DID do right in this movie is making all the human characters the kind you REALLY want to see die. Cliches like the jock bully, the bad boy back in town, the drunks at the bar, the elmer fud hunter & son etc. They basically set the scene for a bad slasher flick, and turned it into itchy and scratchy with bad ass space aliens.

it sucks that this was a nice little town and f-ing predators had to *play a little game* with there pet aliens that they slaughter and remake, i know its tradition, but god, come on! the only time humans are in a *game* with them is in predators, not even the first avp! they just wandered in there and got screwed! poor humans, mistaken for aliens by big game hunters, at least, fox interactive's games have the good story besides Alien, Predator, and maybe the first avp!

lol thats kinda what i like about aliens tho; they're natural killing machines, plain and simple. They are savagery in its purest form, unrestrained. Predators arent naturally deadly, they rely on training and weapons to get their job done. aliens have neither of these things, and still they are deadly as hell. remember avp 1? lol 1 alien took out 2 preds. sure those preds were rookies, but they still had some experience and some pretty badass weps :P

i think they might have started off as great hunters, like hunting their version of Boar/ elephants. Later on they became smarter, and advanced tech. or they stole it from other aliens (not the monsters) visiting them. They didn't forget their roots, and there are still warriors who hunt for joy/ missions Or it's like a test of manhood, where you go to an alien planet kill a bunch of things bring back the trophys and become a man, if you look they usually don't have many kill makrs (# of killed)
