  • July 2 , 1975 was the coolest ,row L center stage experiencing the greatest rock and roll band in the world

  • this is the fucking coolest thing ever, by the coolest band ever.

  • Let's face it....Ron Wood is the single luckiest man in the world!

They say he's a great guy and everything...

He certainly LOOKS like a rolling stone should

.....But that guy you saw playing in the bar last week is 100 times better at his instrument

  • Actually, that was pretty much what NYC was like then. Now, you have lots of office workers.

  • Great promotion. Only the world's greatest rock n' roll band could pull this off...

  • U2 attempted this a few years ago and it bombed..

  • They dont make bands like the Stones anymore !

  • I looked up rock and roll in the dictionary and it had this!

  • haha awesome i'd give anything to have see that

  • Actually, the sound is from Paris 76 - "Love you Live album" - Probably even available on Youtube somewhere, as the concert was recorded to video. I don't think anyone actually got sound from the flatbed truck in the street although there is obviously video.

  • Listen to Mick's gutteral howl. belting-out-of the verse lyrics as the echo back off of the the midtown-Manhattan

  • @hagedorn77 thats ( as Thesoloflight1 said). a track off love you live.

  • Mick has the eyes of someone who hasn't been asleep for 5 days.

Great idea to annouce a tour like this.

  • Now we know where AC/DC got the idea for the "Long Way to the Top" video.

  • Footage is from "25x5 - The Continuing Adventures Of The Rolling Stones". A very good documentary from the late 80s never officially released on DVD, only VHS.

  • damned wish i were there ..
