depends really, if you want online play and shit hot upgraded graphics then get it.. even if you have the original Tekken 5, some of the characters have some new moves

Yes and no.. You get Arcade mode, VS mode, ghost mode, survival, time attack mode, online mode and downloadable stuff (with tekken points, not real money) including the endings of the 3 new characters incase you dont have the PSP version.. anything i didnt mention isnt there. but as long as you have the Original PS2 version and the Online PS3 version you should be alright.

Man, I don't care if they don't update the graphics for the next tekken. It still looks pretty good. I just hope they add more features though, like environment destruction AND online play.
