No Clinton is responsible for what happen under his administration and so is any other president. Period. W senior only did what was right Iraq invaded Kuwait. The UN backed him however they did not back up Clintons night time bombings or W. Jr. The surplus was only their because Bill was thrifty and cut spending. There are notices adverstising for people to work for the census in my local library next to the "jobs" computer. I think I am changing my mind about the secessionists in Texas. If they do seceed, all the rightwing-nuts will move to Texas. We can put up a fence around Texas to keep them and the Mexicans out. Then we can get most of the gun nuts out of the country (leaving the responsible sportmen here) and have sensible political discourse rather than irrational wing-nut fear mongering.
