like 95% of the songs i play is metallica songs, and they have those reeeeaaaaally fast solos, i pick very fast with my right hand but my left hand is very slow, how can i make it i dunno play faster ;D i could use som advices :)

Well I can try . I never try and sacrifice clean for speed . So slow slow slow and after sometimes weeks and weeks the speed finaly comes .
