Hoodwinked? Well, I guess both Bill Clinton and George Bush hoodwinked Senator John Kerry for his support of the Iraq war. And now, poor Chuckie Schumer gets hoodwinked about stare decisis. There was no such hoodwinking at all, and should President Bush appoint another Justice to the Supreme Court, he should send the most conservative justice he can and get the job done.
