@9Godslayer Because the PS2 version was based on the Dreamcast version.

When the PS2 first came out most of the games for the system still had PSOne graphics, it was only after about two years into the system's life that the graphics improve in the games and this game came after about two years later on PS2 after deamcast die out.

I converted it using Visualhub with tweaks to the dimensions, changing them to 864 x 486 (which fits YT's widescreen).
