Your arrogance is hardly worth passing on. But you Go Girl! wif yo bad sef

Next time you come on a wasp nest, I advise you don't poke it with a stick. Unless you enjoy being labeled mentally defective.

    Why come here at all?

It looks like a manifestation of mental illness for someone to visit something they don't support

I don't visit KKK sites. I don't visit pro Communist sites. I don't visit any of the scum-of-the-earth sites like HuffPo or Kos. I choose not to live in hate. Let them wallow all they want - not like they are going to change their ways just because I gave them my opinion

  • Rick Perry really didn't forget the third agency he wanted to get rid of. He was just having an impossible time trying to whittle the least down to just three that we didn't need.

  • That last joke caught me off guard.

  • Obama has commented about Perry's gaff. He said "OMG what an idiot! Rick Perry forgot a word! I hope this debate is being seen in all 57 states!!". Allread said Paula Jones, Kathleen Willey, Junita Broaddrick and Monica Lewinisky were also included as Cain's victoms. Another reason the 99%er's chose a Border Collie was because he was the smartest, cleanest one there!

Translation -- This is the first Newsbusted clip I've ever seen

  • Love you, Jodie. You've become an icon!!

  • If not for the corny caned laughter, I'd share your videos.

  • @JonaVicis They tried a couple of shows without the canned laughter and it sucked. It didn't have the same feel.

  • @JonaVicis that makes it all the more funny. i love corny.

  • @JonaVicis

There's a message *just for you* in the summary

  • @maskedphrogg, You're telling me I can't have an opinion, that I don't like the canned laugh? How sad your life must be.

  • @JonaVicis

No goofball, I'm telling you to read the summary.

    You do read don't you?

Simple humour isn't that difficult to figure out.

I bet even you could grasp it, if you would just read the summary no one will have to explain it to you in detail.

    Read the summary yet?

It's not that long, but the key part *you* are looking for is toward the bottom. Go ahead and skip ahead. It's hard to miss.

  • @maskedphrogg, You're an idiot. I read it, but I don't like it. So why am I a goof ball for having an opinion? I'm not telling her she can't have a track or anything, so why is my opinion so offensive to you?

  • @JonaVicis

OK, fine. You could have taken some advice I'm sure you've heard before. Sometimes it's better to remain quiet and be thought a fool than to speak, and remove all doubt.

Your complaint was answered before you posted. Your insistence to whine and complain anyway shows us who the drama queen is. So no, you're an idiot if you think presenting yourself as a whiny drama queen was the smart thing to do.

  • Comment removed

  • @maskedphrogg,Advice? FORM YOU? LMAO! Why would I want advice from an idiot like you? To learn to be a sarcastic SOB.? No thanks. I don't need your kind of advice. You try to control ones thoughts and opinions. I simply stated that I don't like that canned laughter. SO THE FUCK WHAT? Why is it your job to call me a drama Quenn and an idiot? I read the discription BEFORE posting my comment and stated my opinion. If you read the discription, you would know she asked for comments. Did you read?

  • @JonaVicis

    Form you too!

I rest my case drama queen.

How big a charge did you get outta riling yourself up?

Careful now, as you grow older you risk forming an embolism or choking on that spittle.

  • @maskedphrogg You do need serious help! But I'm happy you did take some of my advice to become a better person. Just keep doing as I say, and you'll be better. Then, maybe, so many people might stop hating you.

  • @JonaVicis

All I need is a napkin to wipe the spittle you sprayed when I looked up to see who was making such a ruckus about nothing.

  • @maskedphrogg I'm glad you're cleaning up after yourself. You make such a big deal over my not liking a canned laugh track. All your spew, just because I have an opinion. How stupid is that?

  • @JonaVicis

Your's is hardly an opinion. Whining about things you don't like is a behavioral dysfunction.

  • @maskedphrogg You cry and have a hissy fit, because of a simple opinion and you say I 'm dysfunctional? If I Don't like a laugh track is not an opinion. You need to take 4th grade over.

  • @JonaVicis

Looks like you didn't make it out of kindergarten. Shrieking at others because they finish the quiz faster or have toys you envy is no way to go thru life.

  • @maskedphrogg You obviously associate your memories from last year with me. Unlike you, it did not take me 30+ yrs to finish kindergarten. You need to stop your baby like behavior.

  • @JonaVicis

Here's a pacifier. You can suck on it, or better yet Go Pound Sand ya insolent child

  • Respond to this video... Standing up to bullies like you is not whining. Get off You Tube stupid Ass.

  • @JonaVicis

That's a rather odd stance for one complaining about being told to stfu for being stupid.

I rather doubt you have the capacity to see the irony in your own words.

  • @maskedphrogg OMG, what a f#*@n cry baby you are. You cry, whine, complain, and have a tantrum when someone has an opinion that doesn't even affect you. What's worse, you keep it up and don't stop! GET OFF YOUR MOM"S TIT, MOVE OUT OF HER BASEMENT AND GROW UP! I don't understand how you can be feel so insignificant and insecure,. Be a man and enjoy life. There are probably 30 people or more, on this video thread, that you whine to. We don't want to hear your cry baby attitude. MAN UP!!!

  • @JonaVicis

    Feel better now?

For some throwing a hissy fit can be therapeutic.

Now if you could stop projecting yourself on every person that disagrees with your ill thought out conclusions you just might mature enough to come out yer mom's basement, get your own apartment or house, pay yer own bills and become self sufficient. Like me.

Or I could stick my head up my arse and see things from your perspective. No tnx

  • @maskedphrogg I would not know how it feels to through a "Hissy fit", I'm glad it makes you feel better. But you should not do it at other's expense.

  • I love Newsbusted ... this this installment was DOA.

Not a chuckle in the bunch.

  • Is Jodie still doing stand-up?

  • STUPID comments!

  • Defense is the Only agency that is Constitutional.

A Wild Dog is the Perfect Leader for 'Occupy', since the Mobs are Animals!

  • Comment removed

  • @3martijns "Defense is the Only agency that is Constitutional."

And where does the constitution say anything about "agencies"? Certainly a Treasury Department is constitutional and Justice might be as well. Oh, the Fed and Commerce are also constitutional:

"To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;" US Const. Art. 1, Sec. 8 'Powers of Congress'

Although they might be bad policy, that doesn't mean they're unconstitutional.

  • @scepticsteve OK. I am Glad a German knows so Much about the USA.

That only leaves about 8 Depts. to Abolish, Dozens of Commie Czars, Thousands of Regulations, & $15,000,000,000,000 DEBT.

Right now I would be Fine with just Firing obama.

    Too Bad about the EU.

  • @3martijns How do you know I'm German? You assume a lot from little information on my "profile". ;)

Hey, I'm with you on abolishing them. I just want to abolish them correctly. If we just argue xyz is "unconstitutional" and leave out other arguments we'll be defeated easily.

Agencies are unconstitutional if and when their powers are not defined in the constitution (which they mostly are), not because they are there and do a bad job (Post Office).

Yeah, the EU is screwed, don't follow that model.

  • @3martijns I'm with you, kid!

  • @3martijns Reagan was the one that introduce the idea of the Czars and created the majority of them...

  • @arga400 obama's appointed 43 Czars, mostly Far Left Radicals. According to wikipedia, FDR had a dozen and Reagan only One.

  • @scepticsteve The FED is a private bank that only has one customer the U.S. government. It creates money out of thin air and then "loans" it to the government. Only congress has the power to coin money, they do not have the power to surrender that right just as you don't have the power to surrender yours. The FED is unconsititutional even thought its been around since 1913. These private bankers have set themselfs up as the middlemen between the congress and the mint. End the FED.

  • @UtherPendragan They didn't surrender that right. One law and they can print the money themselves again. Your argument would amount to "the US government cannot surrender postal service to a private entity". Yes it can. They have the power, they don't need to use it. It doesn't state that it's an exclusive right, either. The constitution doesn't say you cannot coin your own money (there are laws that prohibit that, though).

There is nothing unconstitutional about the FED or FedEX.

  • @scepticsteve They never voted on an ammendment to the consititution that would change the wording:

Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution says that "The Congress shall have Power...To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin," and Section 10 says that "No State shall...coin Money". It is illegal for private citizens to coin money. The law that created the FED was unconsititutional. To take away from or add to the consititution you must pass an ammendment.

  • @UtherPendragan I don't get how these quotations make you believe that the constitution says private citizens cannot create money (general laws prohibit that right now, not the constitution). Depending on how you define money, we alsways have and had competing currencies (checks, IOUs, etc.).

Again, a power is not an obligation. Congress can decide not to coin money and let private entities do that. States are prohibited, not citizens. It's bad policy, not unconstitutional. Wish it was.

  • @scepticsteve

right article and section, wrong conclusion, congress HAS the power NOT the federal reserve bank (which is a privat entity),so therefore congress (if they wouldnt be so lazy) could choose any other bank to print and or maintain our currency, like lets say this year it is Wells Fargo's obligation, next year it is Bank of America's turn so on and on......i think you get the point

  • @Hoschi0913 Fair enough. It doesn't state the means by which congress can denominate the value of the currency. Certain is that congress has the power to create and manipulate the curency. But letting the Fed print money is not unconstitutional, although bad policy. So I don't see where my conclusion is wrong.

  • @scepticsteve

my thought is ....since the federal reserve bank, more or less claims (or behave's as ) to have the sole (only) power to print and coin our currency ,for me it goes into the direction of unconstitutional (cuz they dont),but i can be wrong in that assumption too no doubt, other than that your dead on,thats my only point

  • @Hoschi0913 My reasoning goes like this:

A power isn't an obligation. Congress CAN coin money. It can also let some other entity do it (Fed). Or it can do nothing and let competitive currencies do the job. If that's correct reasoning, the Fed is not unconstitutional. Just bad policy. I have a bigger problem with the monopoly of the currency implemented by other laws. If there was no monopoly, unsound paper money couldn't do much harm (you'd switch to shells or gold coins or whatever).

  • @scepticsteve

i agree, thats why i mentioned b4 "if congress wouldnt be so lazy" and yes the policies of the fed....is questionable at times or most times depends on the point of view

  • @scepticsteve I will tell you why your conclusion is wrong. Suppose that instead of the five banking familys that make up the FED, congress decided to let another private company control our money. Lets say GM or GE. or BP? Would that be ok? How about Billy Bobs auto repair in nowhereville Texas? I mean WTF will it take to make people understand that we are being ripped off since 1913.

  • @UtherPendragan straw man argument, stick to the issue at hand and resist the urge to use metaphores and similies, you're not good at it

  • @UtherPendragan It would not be "ok". But that doesn't mean it's unconstitutional. Congress has the power to maintain a post office, right? So it's constitutional for the feds to deliver letters. But that doesn't mean it's unconstitutional for the feds to outsource that service to FedEx. Running a post office is constitutional, not running one would also be constitutional. It's a power, not an obligation or monopoly. Running a post office is constitutional, but bad policy. So is having the Fed.

  • @UtherPendragan Outcome does not determine constitutionality. I'm with you on the issue, but letting the Fed decide monetary policy is not unconstitutional. It's also not unconstitutional to let Blackwater run security for war prisoner camps. The feds "provide for the common defense", even if they have outsourced parts of the execution to a private entity. It's a power, not an obligation to do it in a specific way or do it at all. You can't just declare smthg unconstitutional because it's bad

  • @scepticsteve

    That's right silly buns.

It's the *means* that Congress uses, or rather the fact that Congress abdicated responsibility, that makes putting government authority and responsibility into private hands wrong. Unlawful even.

  • @maskedphrogg Where do you get that "theory" from? The constitution doesn't talk about means of executing power. It enumerates the powers, i.e. what the government is allowed to do. It doesn't tell the government how to run a postal service, just that it is allowed to run one.

And again, it's a power, not an obligation. It is perfectly legal not to execute the power to run a postal service and leave it in "private hands". It's a power, not an obligation, not an responsibility, not a must.

  • @scepticsteve

Have you always been dense, or did you have to work at it?

Read the Constitution. It describes the limits of Federal Government rather explicitly.

You can justify Acts of Congress that are clearly contrary to the meaning or intent of the Constitution any way you choose. But don't expect others who would rather limit government to the confines specified in the Constitution to agree with you.

  • @maskedphrogg Maybe you should read it or let someone read it to you. The constitution doesn't describe the limits of the federal government. It describes the powers of the federal government. Everything else (which is not listed and not described as a power) is tabu.

    You got it exactly backwards.

But nice try, next time you might want to talk crap to someone who hasn't actually read the constitution.

  • @scepticsteve

So you're one of those Big Government lackeys that think the Commerce Clause is the gateway for the government to do any damn thing it pleases for any reason.

Take it back to Europe, we don't want or need it here.

  • @maskedphrogg Are you stupid or something?

"It describes the powers of the federal government. Everything else (which is not listed and not described as a power) is tabu."

EVERYTHING ELSE IS TABU! Get it? Can you apply minimal reason to you moronic rants, please?

The FED is either a private institution or a government agent. In both cases it is constitution -though bad- for them to coin money. Private players aren't forbidden by the Constitution to coin money but congress is allowed to do so!

  • @scepticsteve

    wtf are you talking about?

And what does a perfume have to do with this topic? I don't see any reference to perfumes in general or by name? Did you mean "taboo?" Doesn't matter. The Constitution doesn't mention taboos either. What the Constitution DOES mention are the explicit limits to governance. Do try to pay attention next time you read it. We the People of the United States of America fought a bloody war to keep European politics off a large piece of the NA continent.

  • @maskedphrogg I'm not an American. But tabu is an English word as far as I can trust my dictionary. You know what I mean. The constitution mentions the powers of the government. Every power not granted to the feds goes to the states and people (10th Amdt). It does not clearly define limits, although it clarifies some. Otherwise the document would be thousands of pages to mention everything they cannot do...

The federal powers start with zero and then the constitution starts to give some...

  • @scepticsteve

It's an alternative spelling that has not been in common use for over a century if it was ever a common spelling.

What is not clear? Jeez! you quoted the 10th Amend and still don't get it?

Oh, that's an interesting tack. First you claim FedGov power is unlimited, then at the very end you are ... undecided.

Go troll somebody else. You are either being purposely obtuse or are unwilling to discuss the US Constitution as written.

  • @maskedphrogg So what, are you so thin on arguments that you need to discuss wording?

I think we are talking over each other. We actually agree on the following:

If the constitution was a blank paper, the government would have zero powers. It wouldn't even exist. Right?

"What the Constitution DOES mention are the explicit limits to governance"

That's an incorrect formulation, imho. If that was true you need the constitution to limit government. But it's the other way around. Without it has none

  • @scepticsteve

My what a persistent troll I've managed to snare.

  • @maskedphrogg If you hate to engage in a discussion, don't engage. If you don't have an argument, don't argue. If you conduct yourself in that fashion, don't be surprised if things fire back.

I don't get your attitude. You jump from point to point, allege what my position is on other topics without being able to know, etc. and than you have th nerve to call me a troll? That's really pathetic.

Your "comeback" non-argument shows who's the real troll here...

  • @scepticsteve

    Cry me a river.

All I ask is that if you are going to engage in debate then pick one side, and one side only. Your attempt to defend two opposing views simultaneously was a boring distraction.

  • @maskedphrogg Which two sides. You make up this idiotic BS and then you complain about the position I never took.

"First you claim FedGov power is unlimited"

That's a complete fabrication of yours. I never claimed that. Stop inventing positions I never took and simply comprehend what I said, the problem is immediately solved.

"It enumerates the powers, i.e. what the government is allowed to do." !!!

That was my position from the very beginning. It's not my problem if you have hallucinations.

  • @maskedphrogg And just one thing, you cannot possibly win an argument by ranting in that fashion. I know you dearly want to be winning, but that style isn't helping. I think we are actually on the same page for the most part, but you claim to be right on the formulation.

The constitution grants powers to the government, it doesn't list it's limits. The government is limited to the powers enumerated. Your formulation implies government has the powers unless the constitution limits them.

  • @scepticsteve

That's two things. You aren't even willing to pay attention to your own argument.

You done yet? Or will continue to yammer on incessantly while simultaneously defending two opposing points of view?

  • @maskedphrogg I think you willfully misunderstand my point. That's why you constantly try to tell me what my position is without having any possible clue about my position.

"First you claim FedGov power is unlimited"

    I never ever claimed that.

To the original point, the constitution grants powers, it seldom gives the means how to discharge them. It doesn't say members of congress have to run the printing press. And they have the power to inflate, no matter how. It's bad policy though.

  • @maskedphrogg It's interesting that you seem not to understand the concept of the constitution (granting limited rights) instead of limiting rights by laws but try to lecture people in an arrogant fashion.

The constitution DOES NOT describe limits to the feds. It grants certain powers to them the wouldn't have otherwise (because only the people have natural powers, not the federal government)!

    Your have it exactly reversed.

  • @scepticsteve

The US Constitution does not grant rights. It recognizes rights that were in existence BEFORE the Constitution came to be. The US Constitution grants to Gov limited powers and explicitly specifies certain responsibilities of Gov. You're not even looking at the right document let alone the right paragraph or page.

  • They blew the joke with the Border Collie. Border Collies heard sheep. Occupy "protesters" are sheep. Disappointed.

  • @mattorama I think you actually made another good point. Border collie to herd sheep. Perfect mascot.

  • Obama can't think of anything without a teleprompter!

  • I'm glad the occupiers arnt speciest

  • Ohhhhh you said something bad about guns. NRA Will bitch slap you! Hummmmm I'd pay to watch that.

  • Yeah, that ol' jizz-slingin' Justin Bieber! LOL

  • YES! Keep it up, Jodi!

  • Hey, The Political Boxers take offense to the dog comment.

  • Mexicans crossing the border to get weapons from the obama administration - classic!!!

  • This is TREMENDOUS!.........thanks!

  • This is so terrible.
