It's true, the first time you replace a front lens, you destroy the touch screen capability, but everything else works fine on my phone. I have changed the lens three times now (darn front lens keeps breaking). The first time is the hardest because they use something akin to super-glue in the factory to cement the lens down. It's better than buying a new phone. Rogers wanted $200 for the fix...with no guarantees! I paid $3 on EBay for a new lens and took care of it myself.

huh i dont have the right screw driver for the lcd screws..... T5 is to small and T6 is to big.... maybe my t5 is just stripped out..... unless theres like a t5.5 or somethin. dont matter screen dont work on this pos phone no more so im gettin a BB curve. much better investment

Great!!! You forgot to highlight the fact that the Flex is stick to the front glass of the Cell. Once you pass the tool to take the front glass cover apart you will break it. Good one. Based of what I can see on the video that cell phone was previously disassemble.
