Thanks for posting...I used to find 30s dance band music annoying and sentimental, now, as I get older, I find it speaks to me more and more about real emotions; the heartbreak and joy that everybody experiences at some point. Dennis Potter explored this theme in his 1970s play, 'Pennies from Heaven'.
