I think the segment is called "Silverman Helps" which mostly uses media induced embarrassment to resolve things.I've never seen anything violent like this other than some crap contractor putting his hand over the camera.
That's not an eye doctor. That's an optician. An optometrist or ophthalmologist would be barred from practicing if they did that. Mr. Angry wouldn't make it through med school.
