  • @FatSoundGuitar Ha ha yes I know about the "Sunset 79" because I had part in design and assembled the guitar you are talking about. ;)

  • @gretsch58 Man...too funny...small world....you're *that* Bobby. Great job on my guitar. I can't put the thing down!

  • @pjril if you buy one you won't be disappointed. they are great amps.

  • @pjril super lead circuit with real NOS mustards from 1964. no bright cap. Great amp!! thanks for the kind words.

  • Okay, I have a Germino CLassic 45...I know it is a very different amp. Are you using any pedals in this clip? Is it guitar straight in. Wondering if a Lead 55LV can get this kind of gain with similar pickup. Either way, this is one of the best clips on Youtube in my opinion. Thanks!

  • @19581998 Yes very different amp indeed. No pedals. Just straight in. Amp is dimed and using a Hotplate to lower volume. Yes a lead 55 would you get you this amount of gain. Only difference being the fullness of a 100 watter. Oh and thanks for the kind words. :)

  • Van Halen 1 tone...straight up.
