Just my opinion but the rims ruin all the awesome work you did to create such a beauty. I know big rims are the style but they overpower the side of your car and look completely out of place. Other wise congrats on the hard work and you have a piece of Automotive history that few others ever will.
wow. damn dude u got there b4 me im doin the same thin to the same thin. check it out. go on google imgs n type in 'cordobakid' n click on the white cordoba. u ever consider putin some 15 in keystone klassics on wit deep dish in the back?
Looks good..don't listen to those old farts hating!!! They wouldn't kno style if it hit them in the mouth.. All u need now is a 400 with a 6 barrel carb....she'll b shhhhmoking!!
hey what size rims do you have on there? They fit the car really well, without looking rediculous, trying to figure out what will look best on my doba
Very nice car..I have the same but the motor is off, can you send me links where there are good motors to buy for this car...? I'm in France & it's difficult for me to find...Your work really gives me bravery to redone mine,

@scoring4him 30 grand! damn! well at least you put it into something worth while. not too many people would spend that much money on a mopar. and i LOVE MOPAR!!!
@scoring4him no way man you wouldnt look like anyone cause ive NEVER seen anyone with this car, just li never seen anyone with a blk 77 grand prix (my car). even if you took cragars or torque thrusts and painted the spokes black and left the lip chrome or whatever. i know foose makes nice 5 spoke wheels too... either way, niiiiiice car man!
Beautiful! I was looking to remove my vinyl top when I repaint. I've never seen one that I liked that way since they kept the trim around the opera window. Yours is slick and looks done right! How did you do it? Thanks!
I have a '76 bought from my mom's aunt in '91 for $900. A great deal since it only had 38,000 original miles at the time. 143,000 now. 360 w/leather, power windows, remote driver's side mirror (no pass mirror) and HD brakes (larger drums) Not a lot of options, but ok for me.
It will require some body work under the vinyl. Not sure it will look good in any other body color other than black... I think the window actually needs to fade in the background (tinted black window and black body)
omg i stepd out of my freinds house and i see this car.... im like wtf is this...i look at it its all custom looked like it was just in the shop with all the new parts....i literally looked at it for 10 minutes took pictures omg it was sooo fucking nice and i find out its the cordoba omg man i been lookin for one so hard to find
Damn!!! O.O When I was 13 the very first car I ever driven was a 1979 Chrysler Cordoba, white with a stock 360. I bet you spent a pretty penny on the ride. Thumbs Up on me.
nice ride.i got a 77 dodge charger thats sittin on 15 inch wheels.beige in paint .anyone have any good ideas 4 a 4 barrel intake let me know.i have a 318 with a 2 barrel and its slow on take off.
@mellonsed I would recommend that you purchase the edelbrock performer series intake manifold (2176) and Edelbrock performer series carb 600 cfm (1406) and some headers because the 318 exhaust manifolds are very restrictive

i am in love with this car!!! i am painting my 76 black for sure now! and ditching my vinyl top.. only thing i will do different is the rims though, no offense, i will probably go with 15' or 16" rims

i like this car body and both bumpers were so strong metal in before 1980,,,
this 1995 to now all vehicles are so flexiable and both bumpers are so weak foam / plastic as breakable toys,,,
why all automakers do that foolish around

It might be the best car that I've ever seen, excepting for your wheels.
Try with a 16" set, and watch the difference.
