  • @lazimammoth: Let's say for the sake of argument that these statements in the Qur'an are correct (once again; they aren't) - then you *still* have to accept that the miracle has been reduced from thinking up these descriptions, down to only being a miraculous filtering of existing ideas.

No matter how you look at it, they were thought of before Muhammed (pbuam) was even born. That point alone proves that you're underestimating the ancients.

But again, the Qur'an's description is incorrect.

  • vaginas have fluid?. i have much to learn, mr "from iceland"

  • @Neeboopsh: Yeah, well, if you know what you're doing. ;) - Long time no see! Let's drink copious amounts of beer some time!

  • There are hundreds of ancient Greek theories that have been proven wrong today. Why did the Qur'an pick only the correct ones. All the definitions of the embryo in the Qur'an have been proved correct.

I'll make a response video when I get time.

  • @lazimammoth If you are acknowledging that the Qu'ran drew upon Greek sources for its information then that eliminates the possibility of the so-called miracle originating with Muhammad. Besides, it seems to me the embryology in the Qu'ran has been thoroughly discredited in this video.

  • @blu2penguin I'm not saying nothing. I'm asking YOU that if the Qur'an did copy the Greek science, why not all of it? Why only the ones that have been proved correct recently?

  • @lazimammoth You dont get it do you ? the quran has no embryological details

nutfa - semen/ sperm - any man would know this

alaqa - blood clot - taken from hellenic science and it is wrong

mugdha - lump of flesh - so vague it is meaningless

bone then flesh around bones - the order is wrong

Not only is it the case that the quran does not contain any details of any significance but the only non-vague term (alaqa) used is wrong.

  • @lazimammoth So you are saying that hypothetically, if the Qu'ran did draw from Greek sources, the fact that those sources were correct (which they aren't) is somehow a point for your team? Kind of a weak argument.

  • @lazimammoth problem is... they copied aspects of the greek sources, but even they are wrong. None, if barely any in the Qur'an are correct...

You simply stating it is correct is just a outlandish lie/wishful thinking, and just turning a blind eye to reality of the situation.

  • @lazimammoth: I look forward to it!

  • @lazimammoth The people at muhammads time had a lot of wrong ideas - like the idea of 7 celestial spheres because of the 7 classical planets they could see, the creation story of a 7 day-creation starting with a "separation" of heaven and earth, or the stuff which sentienRaven explained in his video. So actually, picked a lot of wrong ideas from his time.

  • That was an amazing video SR. An example of surerb, clear, communication. And an example of being powerfully persuasive.

    I'm inspired.

    Thanks.

  • @Danmill23: Thank you. :) For some reason your videos never show up in my home page, so I'm trying to consciously remember to watch them. ;) I'm still laughing after watching the one on the Hovinds.

  • @Danmill23

Hi, Danmill. How the fuck are ya? When are you going to depth charge us with another one of your vids? It's been years...

  • @Domzdream Hey Domz. I'm doing alright!. Lol. You're right, it has been years. Yeah I do still have things to say. No excuse. Thanks for the inspiration. Hope you're doing fine.

  • Good video.

  • Well explained !

If i see a video of Naik now, i simply turn it off. bcuz in the initial days of exmuslim-hood, i spent a lot of time looking at his arguments and now that i realize he was full of crap, I can't really bother to watch him anymore

    Have you seen this video

    watch?v=xatECtUaJDk

  • @captaindisguise: Yeah, I've seen that one and I've been thinking the same for a while. He's very reckless with his statements. In the video I'm responding to, for example, he just assumed that Keith L. Moore is an embryologist. It's not important and I make mistakes like that myself from time to time, but Dr. Zakir Naik makes it look like a sport.

Also, when he responds to moral questions, I keep feeling that I'd be embarrassed if I were a muslim. I could probably defend Islam better myself.

  • "What a good mass"

Seriously, that's what I heard at the end. :P

  • @smartwarlord: Hahahaha, this language is impossible. ;) It's supposed to be السلام عليكم وعلى كل الناس (peace be upon you and all mankind) - please correct me. ;)

  • You have a good point. Thanks for the video.

  • @qwertyfshag: Thanks, that means a lot to me, coming from you. :)

  • @qwertyfshag Check out the /TheJinnAndTonicShow channel and some of Hassan's youtube video's they do a really good job at logically and respectfully disproving Islam.
