Yes the General was a great film, although I've only seen it on youtube in installment form. I've wondered if any scenes were left out. Brendan Gleeson is a great actor, and nice to see IFTA thinks so also!

Saw Veronica Guerin film.. this is supposed to be the same Martin Cahill that ordered the killing of reporter Mrs. Guerin? Don't think Spacey's charactor seems like the same man, at all. In the Schumacher film Cahill seems a bloody, violent person.

Really great heist movie - fantastic combination of The Real McCoy (1993) and The Thomas Crown Affair (1999). The ending was just superb. Kevin Spacey, Linda Fiorentino, Peter Mullan, Helen Baxendale, Colin Farrell and others did a great job
