Wow, this says nothing about the pathfinder. This is strictly driver error. I have a 93 pathfinder and in 4 low can climb snowy hills all day. Also i have never got stuck in the winter here in Canada. We get 3 foot snow drifts and my pathfinder eats it up no problem. I have never gotten my pathy stuck in the snow ever.

i think the 4runners are better. I have seen so many of these new pathfinders get stuck in snow. Never seen a 4runner get stuck!

Too bad those new pathfinders weight a good 1000lb more than the old ones, and have an independent suspension all around, :( you can see the 4x4 system handles totally different from the older straight axle models.
