In this game, is parrying like alpha-counters, where you have to hit the matching punch/kick button used to attack you? if so, since the computer is scripted, it shouldnt be that difficult.. I've only played this once at a donut-store. They always had badass arcade boxes there.. I used to pretend to want to go to church just so i could play it.
@mmmmmarcus nope just tap forward on impact. I still cant get my parrying down because I tent to press forward a bit too early making me move forward but still managing to do the parry. But the alpha counters are a hell of a lot more difficult than parrying. You could also parry in the air so you could possible change the whole tide of the game. The Perfect example for me is the Daigo-J.Wong match from evo 2004(?).

You can't go on practice mode on the cps3 emulator because the roms you got are the arcade version. The console versions on the other hand, you can go on practice mode =].
Eh.. best to buy a modded ps2 or something. You can try the PS2 emulator. Then download the Street Fighter Anniversary iso. OR The best is to get NullDC, the dreamcast emulator and download SF 3rd strike. Whatever works for you. I use MAME, and NullDC on my computer. Sometimes play on the PS2 with friends. =P

It requires strict timing, depending on the move being blocked, but the idea is this: As you're blocking but between hits, allow the joystick to go back to a neutral position (centered). Then, begin to parry just as you would normally parry -- just as the next attack is about to hit you.
Also, I had a tough time figuring out where certain songs started and ended in this video, so I wasn't really sure what you meant by 3rd song. lol However, I think what you're looking for is Zombie Nation. Try that, and see if it's the track you want. Hope I've been a little help. Good luck!

There is a differece in parring in training mode and parring in a match. You dont always see it coming. I use to practice in training mode all the time its fun to get it right. Also what about the rest of the super arts? Wheres chunli?

no, because parry pts increment. for example, after your 1st successful parry you for 1000pts bonus. for the next successful parry(-ies) it increments 100pts.

You need to download NullDC (emulator of dreamcast) and then the rom-iso of street fighter 3, search it on google you will find everything you need!

Dude, Most of us cant parry like that and last time I heard the Deku Scrubs kick ass in Zelda LOL! I can tell he is not using the cheat for auto parrying becuase you dont get points on screen with it on. So whatever you guys are saying to koollord than you better quit while you are ahead before you hit rockbottom.

There is a differece in parring in training mode and parring in a match. You dont always see it coming. I use to practice in training mode all the time its fun to get it right. Also what about the rest of the super arts? Wheres chunli?

im not sure what to believe man but i havent been playing this game for to long i only have it on the dreamcast still kick ass game no doubt i have problems parrying but sometimes i really dont care cause of all this new stuff coming into fighting games im not really liking the only thing i got used to is combo breakers on killer instinct lol other than that kick ass video and hope i never have to play you

yeah the tosf is no a one day work ...xbox live suck is too lagy ...but now 3rd strike is plyable in mame emulator.......free lol and the multiplayer wich is call kaillera is free too

if it was auto parry, then you wouldn't get pts for it. It actually says "tech bonus" so it's legit.

no, because parry pts increment. for example, after your 1st successful parry you for 1000pts bonus. for the next successful parry(-ies) it increments 100pts.
here in the vid it starts and stays at a constant 2000
