As a little boy I remember watching creature feature with my mom and dad. Some of the movies were just awful and Bob would ask you why you were watching when the movie sucks so bad. He'd also have famous guests and sometimes great, very scary movies. One of the most beloved tv personalities in San Francisco bay area history. Kind, humble, and fun with a dry sense of humor; the great Bob Wilkins. May he RIP for all the entertainment he gave us.

I remember that night (and wanting that My Bloody Valentine movie poster). I had watched that show since the mid 70's as early as I can remember until that night. As faithfully as I could (sometimes a kid just can't stay awake too late without napping earlier that day). Such fun, innocent times. I try and collect all those classics on DVD but nothing will bring back how I first discovered them on this show which was one of the few channels we got outside of Reno, NV. at the time.

To my knowledge, this is Sally's first and only appearance on his television show. His children,ROBBIE and NANCY BETH have appeared many times on both KTVU's CREATURE FEATURES and CAPTAIN COSMIC (often in Halloween Costumes) and I think this is their ONLY appearance on his KTXL show.
