  • well, what about churches that allow gay marriage? Are they part of the body of Christ?

  • @superjam18 what church allows gay marriges !!!??

  • Roman Catholicism is clearly anti-Christian. We Pentecostals are one of the few True Christians who belong to the body of Christ. You are always welcome to our House of Worship, brother.

With love from a Free Vietnamese brother in YAHWEH.

  • John 16:12 John 16:12 John 16:12 John 16:12 John 16:12 READ

What did Jesus(Yeshua,Isa) mean when adressing his Disciples?

If even he himself says that his message will not be complete but that the "spirit of truth", a man who is adressed as the "Spirit of Truth" and adressed as "HE" 8 times in a ROW would truly imply another Prophet.....One God/One Message/One Love...I Love Prophet "Isa","Jesus","Yeshua"...his blessed Mother, his brother, Ancestors...and all the Prophets.

  • i never went to a church any more becoz of the false teaching...i read the bible and listen to these guys...jon macarthur...jon piper..and paul washer...you can find them on you tube...

  • @treasurytruth those are good theologians indeed. May i suggest i guy named art azurdia to you? hes my pastor and his teaching is wel... Biblical. Like Johnny Mac and Piper and washer. those are my big 4. I want you to check out his stuff on church attending cuz that statement worried me a bit...just think about it..you can google him. hes not that big or what ever..spiritempoweredpreachingcom...

  • @renovatio1988 ..i am from indonesia...a lot of false teaching...and the people in indonesia but not all of them doesnt know what is good preaching...

  • @renovatio1988 ...i m from indonesia...so many false teaching...and the church only make the people sleep spiritualy

  • Ur very smart. I like you. I don't belong to any church, never have. Studied theology (all religions) for twenty years. Mostly GOD being the point. I told a friend the other day, that all these churches even those that are different are indeed the 'parts' of the body of Christ. Today I realized that each church is a group of people who agree with a certain interpretation of the bible and scripture.

  • @Licmycat But GOD has told me, like the body if one part becomes abnormal and tries to overpower and run the whole body, that's a sickness.

It's good to warn someone of sickness so perhaps it can be stopped or reversed. So, the scripture judge not opens all to the 'judgement' in return. When they try to overpower another person, they are committing a 'sick' spiritual act.

  • @Licmycat Caring warning, no matter how irritating it sounds IS a compassionate act if that is the intention. I sure have been learning alot all these years. Have a great night and Sunday.

  • Question to Christian friends! Has any man ever seen the God? God bless you!

  • I go to The Promiseland Church in Austin, Texas. 1504 East 51st Street 78723.

It is a pentecostal church and we are very enthusiastic and i love it. I dont call myself pentecostal, i call myself christian. I agree with you totally. We should encourage each other and just read our Bibles and follow Jesus.

  • Just a reminder that I love ya bro! GBU

  • Calvinist say that Jeus did not die for every one and yet the scripture reads in Timothy 4:10-11 "For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe."

The Bereans judged Paul as he spoke to see if those things that he said were true by the word of God.

  • I don't know of a single christian denomination which doesn't limit Christ atonement, unless you believe that no one will spend eternity in Hell. Jesus is the Savior of all men, but not all men are going to be saved. It is by Faith alone that we are saved, by Christ, not by what we do, so we can't boast that it's our working, but it was God who did the work of our salvation. Christ is the Savior of all men, but not all men are saved. This shouldn't be a subject of Division between churches.

  • Calvinism does not say that! They say atonement is provided for all who believe!

  • ok dude- maybe my last comment was a bit harsh, but i've had a calvinist upbringing (though my dad is a catholic) and it was very hard for me. my church was very strict & dogmatic. it's nothing personal

  • Clavinists/Presbyterians are miserable bastards, i should know- half my family are pres/methodist- that's why i'm an atheist and i'll probably burn in hell...

  • Jesus loves you man! He died upon the cross to save you! And I am glad that your Family are Presbyterians and Methodists, those two churches are faith/Bible based!

Come to Jesus, thats the ONLY way you will find peace and forgiveness!

  • Go Young!

  • I still can't stand divisions and denominations though...

  • I have an important message for you, nothing bad. PLZ contact me or allow me to contact you.

    Thanks

  • Your heart for Jesus comes through in your vids, and amazes me!

  • good video. Belonging to a particular denomination does not make a person a Christian. What makes someone a christian is a belief in Jesus Christ as their savior.

  • I'm an apostolic oneness believer, and some groups which label themselves as 'christian' are NOT preaching or teaching the whole gospel... come out of denomination loyalty and come to the CHURCH of Jesus Christ!

  • deffinatly right about not putting other denominations down. good job. keep up the good work

    -sasha

  • for the remission of sins and ye shall recieve the gift of the Holy Ghost." I am apostolic oneness pentecostal and i do research the scriptures and see that unless your baptized in the name of Jesus and have the Holy Ghost with the evidense of speaking in other tongues,,,you cannt enter into the kingdom of God (john 3:5) and it is hard talking to other "christians" because they hold on to the catholic traditions of baptism in the titles and deny speaking in tongues. i am bold in my belifs but u

  • I understand where your coming from. But Jesus knew that there were gonna be many different donominations..and you can say that we should all put our differences behind us but the fact of the matter is that it doesnt matter what domonination you are, if you do what the bible says, you will go to heaven. John 3:5 "lest a man is born of the water and of the spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." and acts 2:38 "repent and be baptized each and every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ

  • I agree with you totally. I am a Christian and you are totally correct that we should not label ourselves in devisive ways. If we are true Christians, we all believe in certain fundamental doctrines. Keep up the good work.

  • Very good word bro

  • Lucky the Bible fell out the sky. There is one truth, this man is in error you can not mix truth with a lie just to make you feel better and then call everyone Christian. this is satans way of leading one away from the Truth and this guy better check what he posts when i look to Spiritual food i dont go to a candy bar.

  • I don't understand what you are saying? why is what he saying satan's way of leading people away? if anything he's leading people closer

  • there is only one Truth and many free style preachers call it as they see it and all they succeeded to do is divide and divide this is then from satan not of the Holy Spirit. today many are in error and it is those who are then turning around and claiming they have the truth. A relationship in Spirit Truth leads us to Christ. Sorry dont agree with this guy it is our duty to grow and seek the fullness in Truth not what ever we like and then say were all Christians. One Christ One Body ONE TRUTH.

  • Agreed with this video so much!!! God will reveal to you what he wants and where he wants you and what its right. I'm Apostolic.. sort of like Pentecostal. 5/5 stars!

  • The many times have I said these very words to people at work and in my personal life: "Let's start by calling ourselves Christians." The divisions in the Christian church can be easily tolerated if we can define those having differences in topics which we must discern as being internal and external debates. External, being the very Gospel of salvation and who Christ is etc., internal debates being matters concerning the time of the great tribulation and baptism etc.

  • There are too many False Gospels in the world. To call everyone a "Christian" without correction is just blanketing the problem with a false sense of universalism. We have to make sure we are abiding in Sound Doctrine and reproving those who are not. The Reformed Orthodox Christian Faith that holds to the doctrines of Grace is the most faithful.

  • 짱!

  • Nice video

  • Thanks for the sober reminder.

We, Christians, forget many times that the wisdom and truth that we obtain originated from God Himself so that no one can boast of their intellect (1 Corinthians 2:14). Without the work of God, we cannot know God nor even seek after God due to our sinful nature (Roman 3:11). Yet many times, Christians act unlovingly toward the lost that we desire to be saved by arguing mean-spiritedly instead of lovingly reasoning and showing unbelievers the path of salvation.

  • We attend no church and do not belong to a denomination. We are just plain old followers of Christ! The "church" in the word is all of the believers. We all need each other. We all have our part to do. We do not condemn others for going to a church building. We should all be one in christ!

  • One love

    No more titles

    Just Children of Christ

  • Hey Christian, Well done. Glad to see your still doing videos, Hope work is a blessing for you. I pray that God sends you fine a Christian Lady. Enjoy the Summer

  • I just wanted to clarify one thing.

    To your statement,

Are you questioning His [Gods] ability to know who is going to be saved or not in the beginning?

I think that answer is no. Whether Arminian or Molinist people do not question Gods foreknowledge. Non-Calvinists completely agree with this verse and believe that God does have knowledge of who will be saved.

  • Always enjoy your videos !

One of the things that have divided Christians, is peoples understanding of what the word "Church" means. The word Church means the meeting of Christians together. Church is not a physical building of rock and clay. Nowhere did Jesus say build me a building. What he wants is a building of people together. People together are the Church. So when Christians meet together, we are the Church.

  • Maybe most people understand what the word Church means, but some might not. Why I'm on the word "Church" in-regards to the topic of your video is... When people might ask us, "What Church do you follow ?" What should our answer be ? Would our answer be a name of a group or building ?

We all who believe Jesus is Lord, are the people who make the Church. All Christians should look into the understanding of the word Church. It would help us all pull together better.

  • I'm a little toe. You might not think you need your little toe, but try breaking it and see how crippled you are. God is our judge...we may judge a brother or sister's actions, but not their salvation. There is a need for balance in the body (between spirit and truth).

I'm a Christian...I have a doctrine I most closely adhere to, but I would prefer to identify as a follower of Christ, not of any man.

  • Very cool! Honest and ....very cool! Thats all, God Bless Brother!

  • Praise GOD our FATHER in the name of JESUS CHRIST. Thank you, brother, this message is right on target, as our LORD always is. God bless you always. 8^)>

  • Christian...that's what I call myself, over and above Baptist, trinitarian, fundamentalist, et al. The Body of Christ aka the Church? I go back to the Greek word in the Bible, ekklēsia, (but I spell it ecclesia.) In my mind, it means anyone who has given their heart, life, mind, and everything to Christ, accepting Him as Savior....and I agree with standfast, too much topic, so little space!

  • No, catholics can call themselves catholics. jehovah witnesses, jehovahs witnesses and mormons, mormons.

I will call my self Pentecostal and Christian.

  • Anyone wanting to come and divide the Body of Christ...

    *unsheathes his sword*

Is going to have to get past me first.

  • Hey Young! Good to hear you are doing well. I'm in the process of getting more responses and interviews, and also looking for favorable work. May I have you pray for me that I find a job? Thank you!

    -Domingo0022

  • Amen brother! Awesome work. God bless you

  • well said

  • ... But calling another brother names or attacking him is just wrong and unloving. If he believes in the main tenets then he is a brother and should be treated as one.

So instead, as a brother, I'll put cheesewhiz in his hair while he is a sleep. :D (just kidding)

  • Wonderful video. Creeds and denominationalism are an unfortunate necessary. Shame we can't say, "I look at it this way" without getting into fights. As long as the key doctrines are in line pertaining to salvation itself and who Christ is; the rest is really academics and preference. Yes, I hold the doctrines I have very precious. And yes some other practices or believes seem wrong or odd to me. ...

  • But theological debates are usually not over issues of mere preference. To what extent DO Presbyterians and Pentecostals agree on the key doctrines pertaining to salvation and who Christ is? You might be surprised to find that both denominations are quite different on these very matters. That's certainly no reason for one to assert that the other is not a part of the Body, of course. But this also does not mean that we should simply "agree to disagree." Truth is more important than unity.

  • Agreed, there are differences that aren't just preference. But I think how we approach these differences is the key, example "This is what I believe and why" and "This is how I see these verses and why"

We shouldn't just cave-in. Totally agree there... There are certain churches that are main stream and I would consider them Christians but I would not enter those doors.

Guess it is the difference of being mean and being firm. I feel our doctrine is sound so our behavior should be also.

  • I hope that makes a little more sense...hard to talk about a complex subject in short paragraphs and I no Hemmingway by any stretch of the imagination. I got a B in Eng Comp but I think the teacher was feeling very charitable that day :)

  • I AM no Hemmingway

    See! lol

  • But I do concede to you; many of these differences are not just "'academics and preference"'

  • Amen Young...I attend a southern baptist church but I usually tell people that I am a christian that ATTENDS a southern baptist church. I think it is important to not be secular because we are all one, the body, in Christ. I agree that we should encourage and uplift one another according to the scripture. Thanks for this video.

  • Me too!

  • Going to church helps me keep my peace of mind.Sometimes I learn something new also.Wise words.

  • I agree.

  • I agree with you. We should just call ourselves Christian. Because that is what we are.

  • loving the vids!

    god bless!

  • I'm very weary dealing with American Christianity or I as like to call it "Greco-Roman". For instance, Pentacostals are backwards in doctrine - they believe you have to be water baptized before you can receive the Holy Ghost as that was only applied to the Jews and not to the Gentiles in Acts.

    And Calvinism? ...Oy vey

    Shalom & Agape

  • I attend a Pentecostal Church and that is definetely not taught.

  • Is the Church you attend "Oneness" or trinitatarian?

  • It's Trinitarian, I wouldn't be there if it wasn't.

  • What does "oy vey" mean?

  • It is yiddish for 'Oh my goodness'

  • Thanks you for sharing your views brother, much-appreciated.

God Bless you and yours in Christ!

  • good vid dude

  • i will have to listen later.

  • very good Holy Spirit inspired video God bless you brother keep up the good work for God's kingdom and glory Jesus Christ is Lord amen

  • Great topic, brother.
