  • I agree and thus it is safe to assume a proper warm up first. This guy is a world class coach. He was,I believe, the US olympic coach for either Oly lifting or power lifting.

  • surely this is very ballistic and could cause injury if not warmed up already?

  • @mrkitanai1-any ass clown can spout off. What might be helpful is if you could provide a step by step, corrective critique from your vast reserves of oly lift wisdom so that us dumb Americans can achieve the greatness you seem to possess. Thanks!

  • LOL! What does this clown know about Oly Lifting? I've never heard of him. I'd like to see him act like this in front of some International Lifters. They'd laugh at him. He has a warm-up named after himself! Typical American! Trying to act all authoritative with his gullible audience. With the exception of the great Tommy Kono, I would NEVER learn Olympic Lifting from ANY American. Americans don't know ANYTHING about Olympic Weightlifting - they SUCK at it.

  • why can't this guy hold the bar and show the correct way of doing this instead of giving instructions?

  • Got video with sound synced?

  • Need to drill this into my head as I keep forgetting :-/

  • audios way off. great instruction video though!

  • Holy fucking shit, this guy is gooodd
